Risk Assessments, Method Statements and COSHH
Livingston Cleaning Services pride ourselves in treating Health and Safety with the upmost importance, therefore every client will be treated individually by creating bespoke Risk Assessments and Method Statements. This means that our highly-experienced management team will visit every site prior to the start of any contract or job to asses any risks that there may be.
The Risk Assessments and Method Statements below are a sample of what we produce and these will be created to meet our individual clients.
At LCS we firmly believe that it is not just the managements responsibility to be fully engaged in Health and Safety but every member of the LCS team. To this end all our staff are fully trained in Health and Safety and trained to spot any potential risk and should they find any risks they will report it immediately.
We carry out monthly Tool Box talks with all our team to keep them up to date with any recent legislation changes or to explain any new or changes to processes of procedures. Monthly Toll Box talks will range from Slips, Trips and Falls to handling Sharps and Body Spillages.
All the materials that LCS use have the relevant COSHH Assessments and Safety Data Sheet. Should a client require a particular chemical we would create a COSHH Assessment for that product prior to it going onto site.
